WHAT IS ANXIETY.CARE?

Anxiety.care aims to inform and help you if you suffer or know someone around you who suffers from anxiety or phobia. It consists of several sections aimed at understanding phobias and recognizing their symptoms. It will also allow you to test your level of anxiety or phobia and to better understand the different existing treatments to overcome your these feelings.

For several months, I have been consulting a psychologist at a distance who helps me to become aware of my fear and to know its origins. As the sessions progress, I regain confidence in myself and in my interpersonal skills. It is already easier for me to ask the supermarket clerk where the eggs are.
