General Conditions of Use of the services of anxiety.care
1 PURPOSE OF THE GC AND CURRENT VERSION
The purpose of these TOU is to define the conditions under which visiting users can access the Anxiety.care Services (and use them without a user account filled with a login and a password. )

3- ACCESS TO THE SITE AND SERVICES
The Services are accessible, subject to the restrictions provided on the site :
Any natural person with full legal capacity to enter into commitments under these terms and conditions. A natural person who does not have full legal capacity may only access the Site and the Services with the agreement of his/her legal representative;
Any legal entity acting through an intermediary who has the legal capacity to contract in the name and on behalf of the legal entity.
The access and the use of the services Anxiety.care by the User suppose that this one beforehand took knowledge of the present CGU and accepted them expressly.

4- PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
- USE OF THE SERVICES
The User acknowledges that he/she has the legal capacity to commit to these general conditions of use.
The services of Anxiety.care are accessible in a protected way via Internet and requires the availability of an access to Internet at the expense of the User. By navigating on the Site, whatever the technical means of access and the terminals used you are presumed to know the present CGU.
Anxiety.care reserves the right to interrupt its services for reasons of maintenance or update. Anxiety.care will make its best efforts to carry out these operations during the least prejudicial periods.
5- PERSONAL DATA AND PERSONAL HEALTH DATA IN THE CONTEXT OF ONLINE SERVICES
The hosting of the data produced within the framework of the implementation of the services of Anxiety.care is provided and guaranteed by an approved host of health data within the meaning of the provisions of the article L 1111-8 of the Code of the Public health, under the responsibility of this last one in this quality and in the respect of the obligations defined in the Code of the Public health.

6- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

(i) that the data collected on the site and on the computer equipment of Anxiety.care are proof of the reality of the operations intervened within the framework of the present ;
(ii) that these data constitute the only mode of proof admitted between the parties.
8- OBLIGATIONS OF USERS
The Users commit themselves using the services of Anxiety.care at strictly personal ends for himself. It is interdict to use the Services of Anxiety.care at other ends that for its destination defined with the present general conditions, and in particular interdict to use it at any commercial or professional end. The right to use the services provided by Anxiety.care for the health professional is conceded exclusively for therapeutic purposes.
Anxiety.care’s services may not be used for the benefit of any commercial action or company or any third party organization. Users may not use the Anxiety.care services for any activity that is illegal or violates the rights of third parties.
9- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Phobie.com Services and all elements thereof are, unless otherwise noted, the exclusive property of C2Care SAS. All trademarks and logos belonging to Anxiety.care may not be used by the User without the prior written consent of C2Care SAS.
10- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The present general conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute concerning the validity, interpretation and/or execution of these terms and conditions, the parties agree that the courts of Toulon will have exclusive jurisdiction to rule on the matter, except for mandatory procedural rules to the contrary.
